Should you decide to part ways with Therasee, your data will be completely erased from our systems.
Ethical Use of AI: While artificial intelligence offers numerous benefits, we are cautious and considerate about its deployment. Any future AI enhancements aimed at streamlining your workflow will be introduced transparently, and we'll never use your data for AI training without your explicit consent, providing you with an opt-out option.
Telehealth Confidentiality/Online Sessions: We do not capture or store video/audio from your online sessions, nor do we monitor the details of your interactions. Our platform is designed to facilitate communication without intrusion.

Is there a free trial available?
We offer a Freemium plan instead of a traditional free trial. This plan allows you to explore Therasee's key features with some usage limitations. It's a great way to experience how our platform can streamline your practice management without any upfront costs. Importantly, even on this freemium plan, we maintain the highest standards of security and data protection, ensuring your and your clients' information remains secure at all times. This approach lets you assess our platform's fit for your needs while enjoying peace of mind regarding safety and confidentiality.
Can I change my plan later?
You can upgrade or downgrade Free account to Premium at any time. Here's how to do it:
To upgrade to premium:
- Log in to your account at https://app.therasee.com Go to the "Upgrade" where states in the dashboard or click the bottom left icon in the dashboard and select "Billing".
- Choose the Premium plan.- Follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
- Once the payment is confirmed, your account will be upgraded to Premium instantly following successful payment processing.
To downgrade to freemium:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to the Settings tab > Practice Settings > Subscription
- Click on the "Downgrade to Freemium" button.
- Follow the instructions to confirm the downgrade.
- Your account will be downgraded to the freemium plan at the end of your current billing period.
Please note: that some features may not be available on the freemium plan, and you may lose access to premium features when downgrading and all data related to the downgrade will be permanently deleted. Should you wish to retain the data, please contact ahead of downgrading your plan and we will assist you in securely exporting the data.

To cancel your subscription to Therasee, please follow the steps below:-

- Go to the Settings tab > Practice Settings > Subscription
- Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
- Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of that billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription. Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will no longer have access to our software or any of its features.
Should you wish to maintain access, you have the option to downgrade your account from Premium to Free, with limitations on features and capacity. If you have any questions or concerns about canceling your subscription to Therasee, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
